Nestled in the lush hills of Poás, our Airbnb is more than just a place to stay—it’s a story of transformation, growth, and a deep love for nature. This land, spanning 5.5 hectares, has lived many lives. It first bloomed with delicate roses, filling the air with their sweet fragrance. Then, it became a thriving fern farm, where every leaf danced with the mountain breeze. In time, we turned to growing fresh vegetables, harvesting the land’s gifts to nourish the local community. But something was missing—a way to share this beautiful sanctuary with others. And so, we opened our doors, creating a retreat where guests can breathe in the crisp mountain air, wake up to the sound of birdsong, and experience the magic of this ever-evolving landscape. Here, every sunrise tells a new story, and we can’t wait for you to be part of it.

For over three decades, since the early 90s, this land has been a part of our family—a place we have cherished, nurtured, and watched evolve with the passing seasons. As the years went by, we planted trees across the property, each one a symbol of our commitment to preserving the beauty of this place.We have been lucky enough to witness nature’s wonders firsthand—slow-moving sloths nestled among the branches, coyotes wandering gracefully through the fields, and an incredible variety of birds filling the skies with their colors and songs. Every morning, the air is alive with the sound of hummingbirds, toucans, and warblers, reminding us of the harmony that exists between the land and its wildlife. Our love for this place runs deep, and it brings us immense joy to share its beauty with those who visit, offering them not just a stay, but a true connection with nature.
